At BRO Global — the official authorized distributor of Ronix Tools in Saudi Arabia — we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and at competitive rates across the Kingdom.


Delivery Areas

We currently ship to all regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including:

  • Riyadh
  • Jeddah
  • Mecca and Medina
  • Dammam, Khobar, and the Eastern Province
  • All other major and remote cities

For international or GCC orders, please contact our team directly for special arrangements.


Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Saturday – Thursday).
  • Orders placed on Friday or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment in real time. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of your order, please contact our support team.


Receiving Your Order

  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package.
  • For high-value orders, the courier may require a valid Saudi ID or signature upon delivery.
  • Please inspect the package immediately upon receipt. If you notice any visible damage, refuse the delivery or note it on the courier's receipt and contact us within 24 hours.

Failed or Refused Deliveries

If a delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided
  • Recipient unavailable after multiple attempts
  • Package refused without valid reason

The order may be returned to our warehouse. Re-delivery fees may apply, or the order may be cancelled and refunded with shipping costs deducted.


Damaged or Lost Packages

In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) at Sales@ronixksa.com or +966 54 727 2567.
  2. Provide your order number and photos of the damaged package (if applicable).
  3. We will work directly with the courier to investigate and arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Bulk and Wholesale Shipping

For B2B and wholesale orders:

  • Pallet shipping and freight forwarding are available.
  • Delivery times and costs are quoted individually based on volume and destination.
  • Special handling and white-glove delivery options are available upon request.

Shipping Restrictions

Some Ronix products may have additional shipping restrictions due to:

  • Battery regulations (lithium-ion tools)
  • Hazardous materials (e.g., certain solvents or sealants)
  • Oversized dimensions

These items will be flagged at checkout, and additional handling charges may apply.


Public Holidays

Please note that no deliveries are made on official Saudi public holidays, including:

  • Eid al-Fitr
  • Eid al-Adha
  • Saudi National Day (September 23)
  • Founding Day (February 22)

Orders placed during these periods will be processed on the next business day.
