Refund policy

At BRO Global — an authorized distributor of Ronix Tools in Saudi Arabia — we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your eligible purchase, you may return or exchange it within 14 days from the date of delivery, in accordance with the Saudi E-Commerce Law (Royal Decree M/126 of 2019) and consumer protection regulations.

Eligible Categories for Return: Returns are only accepted on Power Tools and Hand Tools. Tool Accessories and Safety Equipment are final sale and cannot be returned (see "Non-Returnable Items" below).

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

The item belongs to an eligible category: Power Tools or Hand Tools only
The item is returned within 14 days of the delivery date
The product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition
All original packaging, labels, and tags are intact
All accessories, manuals, and documentation are included
A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is provided

Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances (except in cases of manufacturing defects covered under warranty):

Excluded Categories (Final Sale)
Tool Accessories — including drill bits, grinding wheels, hole saws, saw blades, socket sets, tool boxes, and bags
Safety Equipment — including safety glasses, welding masks, gloves, and protective gear (for hygiene and safety reasons)

General Exclusions
Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
Items missing original packaging or any included parts
Special-order, customized, or personalized products
Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper installation
Returns requested after the 14-day period
Bulk wholesale or B2B orders (returns subject to special terms in the wholesale agreement)

Note: Defective items in any category — including Tool Accessories and Safety Equipment — are eligible for replacement under the BRO Global 2-Year Warranty. See the warranty section below.

How to Return or Exchange

Follow these four simple steps:

Contact Us — Email or call our customer support team within 14 days of delivery.
Get Approval — You will receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) along with detailed return instructions.
Pack and Ship — Securely pack the item in its original packaging and ship it back using a tracked courier.
Refund / Exchange — After inspection, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5–7 business days.

⚠️ Returns shipped without a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted.

Refund Information

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will:

Send a confirmation email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund
Process approved refunds within 5–7 business days to the original payment method
Allow an additional 3–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account, depending on the payment provider (mada, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, or bank transfer)

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, BRO Global covers all return shipping costs and offers a full refund or replacement.

Partial Refunds

A partial refund may apply in cases such as:

Returns missing original packaging or accessories
Items showing signs of use that do not affect functionality
Returns received outside the 14-day window but within a reasonable timeframe

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

Defective or damaged items received upon delivery
Wrong items shipped due to fulfillment errors
Size, model, or variant differences (subject to stock availability)

If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued instead.

BRO Global 2-Year Warranty

All Ronix products purchased from BRO Global are covered by our 2-year warranty (24 months) from the date of purchase, in addition to your 14-day return window.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Depending on the case, BRO Global will repair, replace, or refund the defective product.

The warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or negligence
Normal wear and tear from regular use
Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Damage from improper installation or use of incompatible accessories
Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality

For warranty claims, please contact our support team with your proof of purchase. We will guide you through the warranty process and arrange repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped at no cost. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible and the standard return process applies.
