Timelines are calculated in business days (Saturday–Thursday) from dispatch. Friday is non-operational for delivery courier services.

3. Same-day dispatch for orders placed before 2 PM Saturday–Thursday (stock items).
4. Tracking link sent by SMS as soon as the courier picks up.
5. Delivery per the timelines above.
6. Cash on Delivery — pay the courier when the package arrives.

Payment on Delivery (Cash on Delivery)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across all cities in Saudi Arabia. Important notes:

• Maximum COD amount: SAR 5,000 per order (higher amounts require bank transfer or card payment in advance)
• Pay the courier in cash only (couriers do not accept cards on delivery)
• Inspect the package before paying — sign for receipt only after confirming the items are correct
• Refused deliveries (no payment) are returned to our office — repeated refusals may affect future COD eligibility

Project & Wholesale Deliveries

For contractor accounts and project orders above SAR 5,000, we coordinate logistics directly with your site team:

• Scheduled deliveries matched to your project timeline
• Phased deliveries — stages tools across multiple deliveries to manage on-site inventory
• Staging at project office for large orders
• Direct site delivery coordinated with your site logistics
• Net 30/60 payment for verified accounts (no need for COD)

What If My Order Doesn't Arrive On Time?

Most orders arrive within the estimated timeline. If your order is delayed beyond the maximum window:

1. Contact us via WhatsApp with your order number.
2. We'll check with the courier and provide an updated status within 24 hours.
3. If the package is genuinely lost (rare), we will reship from our Jeddah office at no cost.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your package arrives damaged or contains incorrect items:

• Take photos immediately of the damaged packaging and product before unwrapping fully.
• Contact us via WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order number.
• Replacement arranged from our Jeddah office — typically dispatched within 24–48 hours.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia only. For GCC or international delivery requests, contact us via WhatsApp to discuss options — we can sometimes arrange via export shipping for large orders, but this is not our standard service.

Yes. Free shipping is available on all orders over SAR 500 throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including all 13 administrative regions. Orders below 500 SAR have a shipping cost of 25–40 SAR calculated at checkout based on destination city.

How long does delivery take in Saudi Arabia?

Typical delivery times: Jeddah and Mecca — same-day or next-day; Taif — 1–2 days; Medina, Yanbu, Riyadh — 1–2 days; Dammam, Khobar — 2–3 days; Abha, Tabuk, Hail — 3–4 days; remote areas — 4–5 days. All times are business days from dispatch (Saturday–Thursday). Same-day dispatch for orders placed before 2 PM.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes. Cash on Delivery is available across all cities in Saudi Arabia for orders up to SAR 5,000. Pay the courier in cash when your package arrives. For orders above SAR 5,000, advance payment by bank transfer or card is required. COD is not available for project orders on Net Terms accounts.

Can I get same-day delivery in Jeddah?

Yes. For Jeddah orders placed before 12 PM Saturday–Thursday, we offer express same-day delivery by 6 PM for an additional 50–100 SAR. Standard same-day dispatch (next-day delivery) is included free on orders over 500 SAR placed before 2 PM.

Do you deliver to NEOM and other Vision 2030 megaprojects?

Yes. We deliver to NEOM, Red Sea Project, Diriyah Gate, Qiddiya, and other Vision 2030 sites. Delivery typically takes 2–3 days from Jeddah dispatch.
