Payment on Delivery (Cash on Delivery)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across all cities in Saudi Arabia. Important notes:

  • Maximum COD amount: SAR 5,000 per order (higher amounts require bank transfer or card payment in advance)
  • Pay the courier in cash only (couriers do not accept cards on delivery)
  • Inspect the package before paying — sign for receipt only after confirming the items are correct
  • Refused deliveries (no payment) are returned to our office — repeated refusals may affect future COD eligibility

What If My Order Doesn't Arrive On Time?

Most orders arrive within the estimated timeline. If your order is delayed beyond the maximum window:

  2. We'll check with the courier and provide an updated status within 24 hours.
  3. If the package is genuinely lost (rare), we will reship from our Jeddah office at no cost.
